You are able to enter your church's statistical data for 2022 using this link:

Churches can begin entering information on December 2, 2022. The deadline for submission is: February 16, 2023. The presbytery office will still be able to enter data/changes for churches until March 6, 2023. After that date, changes, including membership numbers, will no longer be possible.
Clerk's Annual Questionnaire - PC(USA) has decided the Clerk's Annual Questionnaire will no longer exist.
