In order to be considered for pastoral service in the Presbytery of Ohio Valley, ministers of other Christian denominations must provide the following information to the Committee on Ministry. Once we have received the completed form, we will contact your judicatory leader to confirm good standing, and arrange for you to authorize a criminal background check. Please note that particular service in a congregation is subject to an examination by the Committee on Ministry on matters of theology, faith and practice.
